Joe's Jazz & Blues Festival - The brainchild of Mayor Joe Curtatone, who played trumpet in the Somerville High School Jazz Band, the annual Jazz & Blues Fest will take over Powderhouse park in Somerville. 

The 9th Annual Make Music Harvard Square - The Harvard Square Business will be celebrating the summer solstice with the 9th annual Make Music Harvard Square. This FREE live music festival has more than 125 performers on 10 different stages.

Boston Calling -  Boston's city hall plaza turns in to a music festival venue this weekend with three days featuring some of the area's most talented bands and local comedy. 

Lightsaber Battle - A massive glowing sword battle in Boston Common to Benefit Make-A-Wish Massachusetts & Rhode Island hosted by the Cats in Space Tour. 

37,000 American Flags placed on Boston Common by the Massachusetts Military Heroes Fund. #NeverForget

Live Music and Cider at Lookout Farms - Enjoy the sounds of Eric Salt & The Electric City at the Lookout Farm tap room along with some awesome local ciders.
