Davio’s Boston has unveiled its new spring cocktail menu!!!

Spring Forward at Davio's Boston with New Spring Cocktails.

Spring is here, or at least on the bar menu at Davio's Boston. Davio's just dropped three new spring themed cocktails on us, the new libations include the Strawberry New Fashion, the Prickly 'Rita and the Spring Mule. All are priced at $12 and available at the Davio's Boston location as of March 1, 2016. 

Prickly 'Rita

Strawberry New Fashioned

Strawberry New Fashioned: Muddled Strawberry puree, Orange Bitters, Dash of Sweet Vermouth, 3 ox Bulleit Bourbon, Splash of Orange Juice and one Orange slice. 

Directions: In a rocks glass muddle Strawberry puree, orange slice, orange bitters, and sweet vermouth. Add rocks and bourbon and top with a splash of OJ and garnish with an Orange twist. 

The Prickly 'Rita: made with 2 oz. of Don Julio Blanco, .5 oz of Prickly pear juice, .5 oz Cointreau 1/2 squeezed lemon & lime and .5 oz agave nectar. 

Directions: Puree and strain 1 prickly Pear. Finely chop 1 slice of jalapeno. In a shaker, muddle jalapeno and add ice. Serve in rocks glass with salted rim with one thin round slice of lime floating in glass, and one on rim.



Spring Mule: 1 oz Ciroc Coconut,.5 oz Ciroc Red Berry, .5 oz Cranberry Juice, .5 oz Pineapple Juice, Ginger Beer.

Directions: Served on the rocks with ginger beer float and orange slice garnish.
