Pizza always makes things better, no matter when or where you eat it. Boston has some amazing pizza too, not just New York City.

Here's a rundown of some top spots serving delectable pizza in and around Boston. Earning a top spot on numerous lists across America for its incredible pizzas is Regina Pizzeria, with flavors that are simply unbeatable. However, this list is not ranked; each of these establishments brings its A-game when it comes to crafting irresistible pizzas.

Regina Pizzeria - With locations all across Massachusetts Regina Pizzeria has served up Boston’s BEST pizza since 1926.

Santarpio's Pizza - This Cash Only, old-school, no-frills joint is known for their New York style pizza. Warning: after going to East Boston for a pie you may never go anywhere else again.

Frank Pepe Pizzeria Napoletana - Founded in 1925 this coal fired pizza offers one of the best crisp and chewie crusts we tried.

Ernesto's Pizza - This well-known quick-serve casual pizza spot dishes out super-sized slices.

Max & Leo's - Killer menu in a small place, when you try them you see why they are rate top in Boston. This Newton hot spot also operates in Game On in Fenway and makes for the perfect pregame pizza stop.

Nebo Cucina & Enoteca - Great pizza, lively bar scene and good people watching on the patio. Great for a cozy meal or a night out with friends.

Pino's Pizza - Definitely another one of my personal favorites around Boston. The this crust or Sicilian it doesn’t matter they are both worth the trip.

T Anthony’s - Boston University’s favorite pizza joint. This quick serves spot offers traditional Italian pies. The also serve breakfast all day. They have my favorite steak and cheese sub in Boston.

Dante - Brookline's hidden gem, this cozy eatery on Harvard Street in Brookline offers a great pie and my favorite chicken parm sub. Everything at Dante is homemade and always fresh. Once you try them you are hooked.

Stoked Wood Fired Pizza - They started out a food truck and grew from there. I’ve never had a bad meal ever from this pizza gem. Great craft beer and awesome creative pizza will keep you coming back.

Florina Pizzeria & Paninoteca - This neighborhood favorite in Beacon Hill keeps me coming back for more. Friendly staff, quick service and awesome huge slices make this little place a big stop for pizza.

Galleria Umberto - Another cash only long time pizza joint selling Sicilian-style pizza & Italian eats until they sell out. It’s old school like all the best pizza from Boston.

Otto - Otto pizza is not your normal run of the mill pizza, they win hands down for creativity when it comes to making pies. I never have one slice when I visit, and I like to bounce around the menu. My must try is Butternut Squash, Ricotta & Cranberry and Sriracha Chicken & Avocado are just two of the many I love to have.
