Haru introduces specialty cocktails and dishes for summertime
Haru the popular sushi & cocktail spot in Boston's Back Bay has some new summer additions to the menu. The new items include a sushi roll and appetizers that are designed for cool, clean fresh summer dining.
The bar staff also have you covered with two summer themed cocktails to quench your thirst.
Haru offers a full menu of elegant Japaneses cuisine and is known as one of Boston's best dining destinations.
All summer items are available now through October 6.

Bluefin Crab & Corn Fritter - blue crab, corn, green onion, ginger, Thai basil and an Old Bay dressing (seen below)
Tuna Tataki & Tomato Salad - seared rare tuna, vine ripened tomatoes, avocado and fresh herbs in a light lemon vinaigrette (seem below)
Watermelon Roll made - snow crab, green onion, mint and watermelon that is topped with shrimp and served with a lemon dressing (seen below)
Cucumber Matcha Margarita - Avión Silver tequila, Ty Ku Cucumber sake, Luxardo and matcha mixed in with a housemade cucumber-jalapeño infusion that tantalizes taste buds. (matcha a fine powdered tea hailing from Japan), this margarita-with-a-twist packs in the nutrients with its natural detoxifying qualities.
Watermelon Lemonade - Absolut Citron, Ty Ku Silver Junmai, St-Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh watermelon, lemon and thyme syrup.
