The Aomori Cider and Pear Martini at Haru - 55 Huntington Avenue
The Aomori Cider is homemade apple pie distilled into a glass. With Absolut Apple vodka, Licor 43, apple-flavored sake, apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup and a dash of cinnamon, the Cider is shaken over ice and poured into a Fuji apple-garnished, cinnamon-sugar-rimmed glass.
The Pear Martini sees Absolut Pears vodka, citrus-flavored liqueur, pear purée, lemon juice and simple syrup get intimate in a chilled martini glass garnished with a slice of fresh pear.
