Cruise in Boston Harbor to the 80's  (Friday, June 27th) 

On Friday, June 27th join Mix104.1 aboard the Spirit of Boston for Dinner and Dancing to the  80's with host Downtown Kennedy. Dress in your best 80's gear and extra point if you're rocking a mullet. Don't forget to use #80sSpiritCruise on all your social media.

Caribbean Food and Rum at the 2nd Annual Boston JerkFest (Saturday)

The 2nd Annual Boston JerkFest + Rum & Brew Tasting in the South End is this Saturday, Jun 28!! Boston JerkFest is Caribbean style food festival that features Jamaican jerk spiced food and all things spicy and hot!! Plus live entertainment, music and a rum & brew tasting!!

Cambridge City Dance Party (Friday, June 27th) 

This Friday June 27, join thousands of Cambridge residents and visitors and dance in streets of Cambridge in the heart of Central Square. Portions of the streets between Inman and Bigelow will be closed to traffic from 7 -11pm. 

This event is FREE and open to the public

On Sunday join Sam Calagione, Founder and President of Dogfish Head as he hosts a fantastic Beer Dinner at The Merchant in Boston. This 4 course and 4 Beer dinner is a great way to end your weekend.

As a native Bostonian I am always looking for fun things to do in the and around the City. I recently went down to the Charles River one Sunday afternoon and saw so many activity's to do I thought I would share a few with you. 

Community Boating Inc.

Have you tried sailing with the nation's oldest, continuously running public sailing center yet? Check out the Community Boating on the Charles. They have programs for everyone, adults and youth alike. Take a look at the event calender and check them out this summer. 

Charles River Canoe & Kayak 

Rent a Canoe or Kayak, or Paddle Board or even take a Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Class SUP YOGA!! Yes I said Paddle Board Yoga. Now that is Yoga on the Water!! 

They have 5 rental locations and offer classes and tours and more.
