Bukowski Tavern Cambridge Partners with Blogger and Cookbook Author, Dan Whalen of ‘The Food In My Beard’ for “Tater Tot Tuesday”
Bukowski Tavern is back with another Tater Tot Tuesday, partnering with fellow tot lover, Dan Whalen, author of TOTS! – a cookbook filled with creative tater tot recipes. Bukowski brings back the childhood favorite on Tater Tot Tuesdays, this week with a little help from Dan’s cookbook.
On Tuesday, November 13th, Bukowski’s will welcome Dan and his recipes to their Cambridge location. Along with their current Tater Tot Tuesday offerings, one of Dan’s recipes will be added to the menu for the night. Dan will also be on site selling his cook books and offering customers tips on how to make their own tots at home.
TOTS!, the irresistible cookbook with a nubby tot-texture on the cover offers 50 delicious, playful, and surprising recipes for snacks, appetizers, inspired main dishes, and inspired sides, even desserts. There are party dishes like Buffalo Tots and Tot Poutine next to Comfort classics like Chicken Tot Pie and Tater Tot Pizza. Every recipe uses frozen commercial tots–but Dan Whalen also shows die-hard tot lovers how to make tots from scratch and then alter their creations with different spices and sauces.
